Our company provides a wide range of Electrostatic Liquid Cleaning Machines that are available in different oil tank capacities and oil viscosity. These machines are extensively used to clean hydraulic and lubricating oils of CST up to 220 and water content below 500 ppm to a high level of purity of NAS 7 and below. Further, our range consumes less electricity.
Functions:
Based on electrostatic precipitation the oil from oil tank is passed between sets of electrodes and is charged to a high voltage. The contaminants in the oil are attracted to the electrodes and get deposited in the dielectric paper collectors which are placed over and between the electrodes. Like conventional oil filters, the contaminants of even 1 micron and below can be removed over a period of time.
